What is your story? Or in other words, what made you your awesome self you are today?
I came to the US without much when I was 23 and started on the bottom to climb up with hard work and determination. Nothing was given to me, I worked for everything I am today.
I worked at Walmart with little English and within 6 years, I owned my own online marketing company. I know the struggle of running the business with family and went through turmoil for years. I never gave up and brought the companies I started and managed to the multi-million dollar level. I have been in a place of transformation and ready to share what I have.
What message do you promote?
Once you put your mind into something, you can achieve it. There are gonna be a lot of roadblocks on the way, don’t let them discourage you. Remember that you will get only stronger by the experiences and nightmares you go through.
In what capacity do you LEAD UP in your community?
That’s what I am working on. I want to get to a place where I can inspire women to work towards their dreams and goals.
In business and/or in life, share a struggle you overcame that other women can relate to
I am a single mother of 2 and running a business. I am running my house, kids and businesses so juggling a lot. I learned to do everything efficiently and gracefully. I learned to enjoy life in the present and not delay to be happy until “everything settles”
What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?
Helping other people and businesses scale their sales/grow their business and be part of their journey.
How do you SHOW UP?
I show up ready to engage and help, most importantly listen.
If you could give one piece of advice for women who are entering the workforce or launching their own business what would that be?
The most important step is to take that leap into the new business so you have already done the scariest part. Now the most important thing is not to lose yourself in it. Grasp your new role and make it part of your life without sacrificing so much. Don’t try to be a hero in every part of your life. It is okay to get help.
